We start with a short discovery call, followed by a written scope covering deliverables, timeline, and cost before any build work begins.
Do you sign an NDA before discussing our project?
We're glad to sign an NDA before any detailed technical discussion — just mention it when you reach out.
Do you take on small or short-term engagements, or only large multi-month projects?
Both. Scope ranges from a single focused piece of work, like one driver or a certification test harness, to full concept-to-shipped-product engagements. Tell us the scope and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.
Which phone number should I call — Office or Mobile?
Either works. The Office line routes during business hours; the Mobile number is best if you need a faster or more direct response.
Do you work with clients outside Malaysia?
Yes. We're based in Penang, Malaysia, and work with hardware and product teams internationally, remotely and on-site where needed.
